Role Description:
This full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Consultant with Aflac involves providing consulting services and expertise in benefits administration, insurance, and employee benefits. The Benefits Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create customized benefits solutions. Also, they will provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that clients have a positive experience with Aflac. This role is primarily located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

Role Responsibilities:
- Communicate the Value of Aflac’s Products & Services
- Generate Sales via Networking, Referrals & Cold Calls
- Schedule & Conduct Employer Presentations
- Educate Employees on Benefit Options & Support Enrollment Needs
- Provide Claims Support to New & Existing Clients
